Our first proper day in Oslo, we were recommended to get the metro up Oslo’s ski mountain, in Holmenkollen. We got a 24 hour travel pass for 90 NOK (around £9), as whilst we’ve not been checked for ant of tickets so far it’s best to have one just in case. The trip took around 25 minutes, and the view was beautiful. But as we got higher and stated to reach the ski jump, the fog got thicker and thicker so we couldn’t see much in the end.
So we decided to have a walk down the mountain to reach a point where the fog cleared.
We walked through a housing estate filled of beautiful houses, and finally got to experience the fantastic view.
Heading back to Oslo, we headed towards some water where we found the Oslo opera house for some more views.
