The first part of my day consisted of adding some photo credits onto Port Eliot Festival‘s Gallery.
I spent the rest of the day doing some competitor research. This is because Stranger Collective are re-developing their website. I looked at various creative agencies and copywriting companies all of the UK, including the likes of The Church Of London. I then put information into a table including headers such as name, location, services offered and style of website.
This was quite interesting for two reasons:
1. It will be good to talk about on my case study (focusing on Stranger’s move from a printed publication into a copywriting agency – what they are trying to now show on their website).
2. I’ve decided that I like the copywriting side of Journalism, if it can be classed as a type of Journalism. I spent a lot of the day daydreaming about owning my own business.
